A non-refundable $250.00US deposit is due
at reservation time. The balance is due 30
days before the tour date. By signing the Credit Card
Authorization you give American Motorcycle Adventures permission to charge your
credit card 30 days
prior to tour date. If credit card transaction fails or in case of payment by
other means, and the
total balance is not received 30 days before tour date, then American
Motorcycle Adventures
reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge a $250.00
cancellation fee.
Every participant is required to accept and sign a Rental Agreement and
/ or release and waiver form of rights before the guided tour begins. Any tour participant without a duly signed
release and waiver form will not be accepted. Our agents can provide a
copy of the release and waiver form or it can be downloaded from the

Travel agents and travel industry
business partners are representing us, but are not a party to this
contract, nor are they in any event responsible or liable for any failure
to provide any services as may be described in this web site by American
Motorcycle Adventures.
Rental motorcycles are provided as part of
the tour package. The Harley-Davidson motorcycle may vary in color and in
rare cases the model may vary due to availability. American
Motorcycle Adventures reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to
tour participants. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected
and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of
a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture
fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should
American Motorcycle Adventures not be able to provide the confirmed motorcycle, a similar or
upgraded
model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum
liability accepted. The security deposit is due at the time of motorcycle pick-up. This amount varies
depending on whether the Client chooses to purchase Theft &
Damage Insurance. Security Deposits can range from $1000.00 - $3000.00USD
American Motorcycle Adventures reserves the right to adjust security
deposit and deductible amount without notice. This security deposit will be
refunded upon the return of the undamaged motorcycle. During the tour,
American Motorcycle Adventures is not obliged to replace a damaged
motorcycle.

The tour price
includes hotel accommodation in double or twin rooms. Single tour members
will be booked into a private room.
Cancellations
received more than 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a $250
per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days
prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour
cost:
31 Days

Cancellation Fees will
be charged to your Credit Card.
There can be NO
Exceptions to this policy for any reason.
Trip cancellation
insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
In case the tour is
cancelled, all customers will be notified. In which case American
Motorcycle Adventures will either offer a full refund or the opportunity
to re-schedule at a later date. A full refund will constitute the entire
settlement. American Motorcycle Adventures is not liable for any
additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to
cancellation for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to the cost
of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations or automobile rentals.
Situations may arise which, in our opinion, make it necessary for us to
cancel a scheduled tour, such as hurricanes or any other weather-related
situation. In that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability for
any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. Your full tour price will
be refunded if the tour is cancelled prior to scheduled tour start date.
If the customer does
not comply with traffic laws or the requirements for group travel,
American Motorcycle Adventures may cancel the contract and the
rental motorcycle secured.

• Minimum of one year of riding experience on heavyweight motorcycles
• Major credit card is required.
Your tour guides are
experienced motorcycle riders and are prepared to provide you with a
stress-free vacation. Please listen carefully to all instructions at the
beginning of the tour. Your guide will adjust to the weakest rider in the
group, so sit back, relax and enjoy a leisurely ride.

Adventures is responsible for providing all the services listed in the
tour description according to the terms in this page. American
Motorcycle Adventures is responsible for conscientious travel
preparations. American Motorcycle Adventures is not responsible or
liable for any accidents and cannot be held liable in any way for any
occurrence in connection with the operation or the client’s participation
in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or other
damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns.
American Motorcycle Adventures is not responsible for any delays,
changes in schedule or other conditions which may be beyond our control.
